How much is shipping?

The cost of shipping an item is set by a seller when they list it. Sellers must used a tracked service. Rest assured, the Relove team checks every listing before it goes live and will halt publication if the shipping cost is unrealistic.

How will my item be shipped?

Your item will be shipped to you by the seller, within five days of purchase. 

They will use a tracked service and you will be notified when the item has been dispatched.

If you do not receive a notification that your order has been dispatched within five days of purchase, please contact [email protected].

The seller will not be paid for the sale until you tell us you have received the item, or tracking shows it has been delivered to your address.

The seller is obliged to use a tracked shipping service, otherwise they will not be paid for the sale.

When will I receive my order?

The dispatch time varies from seller to seller, but items should be shipped within five days of an order being placed.

We'll send you the tracking information as soon as the seller confirms the item has been dispatched.

Do you ship to my country?

You are only able to buy and sell within the United Kingdom on Relove, for now.

How much should I charge for shipping?

The best way to determine your shipping cost is by viewing prices on the shipping service’s website.

Our preferred carrier is Royal Mail.

You can see a guide to the cost of a tracked service from popular carriers below. The figures are based on a small parcel with a maximum size of 45 x 35 x 16cm, weighing up to 2kg.

Remember, you will not be paid for a sale unless you use a tracked shipping service.

How do I ship my sold item?

Congratulations on your sale!

If you receive a notification someone has bought an item you are selling, you should dispatch it within five days using a tracked shipping service.

Our preferred carrier is Royal Mail, but you can see other suggestions above.

No matter what the item, we recommend you clean it before shipping. Clothing should be dry-cleaned, shoes shouldn't carry any dirt and jewellery should sparkle.

Package your item securely with sustainable materials which will protect the item you are sending.

Don't forget to include any additional items, such as a dust bag or authenticity certificate. Consider sending a personal message to the buyer.

When you have sent your item, go to your Relove account and set the item as dispatched, adding the tracking details when prompted. Without a legitimate tracking number we will not be able to pay sellers.
