Returns: Our Policy

No one wants to be stuck with something they don’t want. But returns are a hassle for everyone involved. Re-listing is better for buyers, simpler for sellers, and best for the environment, because it cuts out an unnecessary delivery back to the original seller.

Because of this, Relove will only allow returns if buyers can prove items were misrepresented in the listing. For example, if the images were misleading, the size was wrong or the condition was worse than stated.

In this case, just contact our customer service team at [email protected] and we’ll get things sorted.

Re-list For Free Instead

If you buy something you don’t want to keep, and there’s nothing wrong with it, re-list it within five days of receipt and you won’t have to pay the usual 8% seller’s fee.

Just select the ‘re-list’ button next to the item in the order in your account, and it will be instantly re-listed with all the original information.

More than five days? Don’t worry, you can still re-list the item, but the 8% seller’s fee will apply.

A Note About Buying

We’ve worked hard to make Relove a positive place for everyone who plays by the rules, whether you’re browsing, buying or selling.

Full transparency is required from all our sellers in their listings. And to help buyers know exactly what they’re getting, we add original product information, imagery and sizing information to the seller’s photographs and description, in each listing.

We strongly encourage communication between buyers and sellers; if you’re unsure, ask questions and only commit to buy once you’re satisfied.
