How do I purchase an item?
When you find an item you'd like to buy:
- Select 'Add to Bag' to add it to your shopping bag;
- From your shopping bag, select 'Checkout' underneath the items you want to pay for;
- Add your shipping address and payment details, then select 'Pay now'.
N.B. If you are new to Relove, you will be asked to create an account when you go to the checkout.
What happens after I've bought something?
When you buy on Relove, we'll send your seller your shipping details, so they can ship your purchase.
What happens next?
- We'll notify your seller that you've bought their item(s) and tell them where to send it/them;
- Your seller will organise packaging and shipping for your item;
- Your seller will contact you to share the tracking details of your parcel;
- Your item should be delivered after seven days;
- Your seller will be paid when you or the shipping company's tracking confirms you have received the item(s) and there are no issues with it/them.
What buyer protection do I have?
When an order is placed, payment to the seller is held until you confirm everything is as it should be.
We do this so if there is a problem with the delivery or the item it's quick and easy for us to resolve and arrange a refund if needed.
You have seven days from the date the item was posted to request a return.
If you have marked your item as received or not requested a return within this time, we'll make payment to the seller.
When will I receive my order?
The dispatch time will vary from seller to seller, but items should be shipped within five days of an order being placed.
After receiving your order confirmation, we'll send shipping information as soon as the seller provides any updates.
What happens if my order is cancelled?
It doesn't happen often, but sometimes a seller will cancel an order because the item is no longer available or if there is a problem.
If this does happen, we'll sort out everything and you will receive a full refund for the item and any delivery fees.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel an order, you may contact the seller to see if they are happy to cancel the sale.
If they have already posted the item to you, you will still have to pay for the shipping and the cost of returning the item to the seller.
